About Us
Evanton Community Cinema Group was founded in September 2023. We have a dedicated team of keen volunteers who work in partnership with ECT, VDJ hall and Film Hub Scotland, BFI, FAN, National Lottery.
It would not be possible to bring all the films to the village without the support of all involved, and your especially your support by coming along to see our shows. We thank you for your support.
We held our first film screenings in Ante Room in November 2023. Since then we have moved our screenings to the Main Hall and have done multiple screenings, and have many more planned in the pipeline so watch our website and facebook pages and village noticeboards for updates.

As from March 2025 ECC has become a group in it own right. Our plans is to continue to doing screening throughout the year, and raise funds to be able to get our own dedicated kit which will get installed in the Victoria Diamond Jubilee Hall.
We also are working with Ardross Community Cinema, Film hub Scotland to do a film festival later this year. So keep a look out for updates coming soon.
